On 3rd April 2023, 36th Convocation of IGNOU was organized by Regional Centre Dehradun. Hon'ble Cabinet Minister (Uttarakhand) Dr Dhan Singh Rawat was the Chief Guest of the Convocation Function at Dehradun.
