 TEPE June 2023 of Computer Programmes (BCA, MCA, PGDCA, MCA_New, PGDCA_New, CIT) Schedule, Examinee List, Hall Ticket and Batch Timing

Dear Learners of BCA, MCA, MCA_New, PGDCA, CIT Programmes,

It is to inform you that the Term End Practical Exams (TEPE) June 2023 for above programmes will start from 20 July 2023 in Offline (Face to Face) mode at Dehradun and Haldwani. This means that they have to attend them physically at the Practical Exam Centre. 

Venue of the Practical Exams will be as:

1. At Dehradun, the Practical Exams will be conducted at ITM, Chakrata Road, Near the Doon School, Dehradun (Code #RC31)

2. At Haldwani, the Practical Exams will be conducted at MBPG College Haldwani (Centre Code #RC31)

Timing of the Practical Exams:

For all Courses, Practical Exam will start at 11:00am. As per Course requirement they will be conducted from 11am to 12noon, or 11am to 1pm, or 11 am to 2pm. Reporting time at the Exam Centre will be 10:30am for all courses.

General Instruction about the Practical Exams

The learners are required to attend Practical Exams in Offline Mode at the Exam Centre. They need to carry their IGNOU ID Card and Practical Hall Ticket with them. They have to write coding on the Answer Sheet and execute them on the computer (as per instruction given in the Question Paper). Viva will also be conducted by an Examiner.

Learners are required to check their name in the list and crosscheck the courses that have been ticked against their names. List is prepared Exam Centre wise, Programme wise and then Name wise (alphabetical sequence)

Practical Hall Ticket for TEPE (Download from here)

Learners are required to find out their Practical Hall Ticket from the PDF of Hall Ticket available here. The PDF contains hall Ticket of all the learners allotted to a particular Exam Centre. Search your enrollment in the PDF and then take print of that particular page. You will not be allowed if you  do not carry the Practical Hall Ticket.
