Clarity regarding scheme of Exemption from Exams/Promotion wrt TEE June 2020 and TEE June 2021: A Compilation

 Dear Learners,

We all know that notification related to promotion / exemption from exams were issued by IGNOU two times: First during TEE June 2020, and second during TEE June 2021.

In these notifications it is clearly mentioned that during TEE June 2020, promotion was given for first year learners (for bachelor and Master degree programmes) and to second year learners (for bachelor degree programmes only).

On the other hand, during TEE June 2021, promotion was given to only learners of first year (for bachelor and Master degree programmes).

It has been observed that certain learners are confused regarding this matter and they are thinking that promotion is given to them in first year as well as in second year. Such learners (especially those who took admission in bachelor degree programme in July 2019 session) should note that they were given promotion/exemption only for their first year exams. They are required to attend second year exams, on the basis of marks obtainedby them in second year, their promotion from first year will be processed. If this is applicable in your case, you should  immediately fill exam form.

हम सभी जानते हैं कि इग्नू द्वारा परीक्षाओं में छूट /प्रोन्नति से संबंधित अधिसूचना दो बार जारी की गई थी: पहली टीईई जून 2020 के दौरान, और दूसरी टीईई जून 2021 के दौरान।

इन अधिसूचनाओं में यह स्पष्ट रूप से उल्लेख किया गया है कि टीईई जून 2020 के दौरान, प्रथम वर्ष के शिक्षार्थियों (स्नातक और मास्टर डिग्री कार्यक्रमों के लिए) और द्वितीय वर्ष के शिक्षार्थियों (केवल स्नातक डिग्री कार्यक्रमों के लिए) के लिए परीक्षाओं में छूट /प्रोन्नति  दी गई थी।

दूसरी ओर, टीईई जून 2021 के दौरान, केवल प्रथम वर्ष के शिक्षार्थियों (स्नातक और मास्टर डिग्री कार्यक्रमों के लिए) को परीक्षाओं में छूट /प्रोन्नति  दी गई थी।

यह देखा गया है कि कुछ शिक्षार्थी इस मामले को लेकर भ्रमित हैं और वे सोच रहे हैं कि उन्हें पहले वर्ष के साथ-साथ दूसरे वर्ष में भी परीक्षाओं में छूट /प्रोन्नति दी गयी है। ऐसे शिक्षार्थी (विशेषकर जिन्होंने जुलाई 2019 सत्र में स्नातक डिग्री कार्यक्रम में प्रवेश लिया था) ध्यान दें कि उन्हें केवल प्रथम वर्ष की परीक्षा के लिए परीक्षाओं में छूट /प्रोन्नति दी गई थी। उन्हें द्वितीय वर्ष की परीक्षा में उपस्थित होना आवश्यक है, उनके द्वारा द्वितीय वर्ष में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर प्रथम वर्ष से उनकी प्रोन्नति  की प्रक्रिया की जाएगी। यदि यह आपके मामले में लागू होता है, तो आपको तुरंत परीक्षा फॉर्म भरना चाहिए।

सभी संबंधित शिक्षार्थियों को परीक्षाओं में छूट /प्रोन्नति  के संबंध में इग्नू द्वारा अब तक जारी पांच अधिसूचनाओं को पढ़ना चाहिए। ये नोटिफिकेशन हम यहां पर उपलब्ध करा रहे हैं।
