Fill Google Form to register for attending 36th Convocation on 3rd April 2023

Dear Learners of IGNOU,
It is to inform that 36th Convocation of IGNOU is scheduled on 3rd April 2023 (Monday). At Convocation Function, Dr Dhan Singh Rawat, Cabinet Minister will be the Chief Guest, who will distribute degrees to the learners at IGNOU Regional Centre Dehradun.

Venue of the Convocation at Dehradun is : MP HALL, RAJIV GANDHI NAVODAYA VIDYALAYA, TAPOVAN, RAIPUR ROAD, DEHRADUN
Reporting time at the venue is 10am. The programme is expected to end by 1:30pm.
We request you to fill this Google Form with following considerations:
1. Those who have paid fees and have opted to attend Convocation, they should also fill Google Form so that we may be sure about their participation.
2. Those who have paid fee but opted to get degree by post, and now they are willing to receive degree at the Convocation, they should fill this Google Form
3. If you have not paid fee till date, you may contact Regional Centre immediately to submit fee (@600/- through Online Mode). If you are able to pay fee, we may include your name for Convocation. In such case fill this form after submitting fee.
Fill this Google Form at the earliest.
After receiving your entries, we will make the final list of participants for Convocation and add them to a separate Whatsapp Group (36th Convocation: Confirmed Participants). Accordingly we will make sitting arrangement for those learners.
Those who are unable to attend Convocation, we will send their degree by post on their address (expected after 10 April to 30 April, 2023). However, it is better to attend the Convocation to receive degrees.
